Hence, cookies can be kept up to 3 weeks only, no longer than that.

* Please note that I cannot guarantee that cakes will be identically decorated as per this website. I will however try my best to come as close as possible.
Why do you sell your cake by serving portion and not by weight?
Each different cake has different ingredient used, and Fondant icing has quite a weight itself. That is the reason why I sell cakes by serving portions instead of weight.
Serving Size
the following are the no. of people you can serve base on a cut of 1" per piece
(Based on estimation):
3" - 4 slices
6" - 12 slices
8" - 24 slices
10" - 32 slices
What is Fondant?
Fondant is one type of icing made with Marshmallow and icing sugar.
Product Care
* Fondant Covered Cakes & Sugar paste Decorations
No refrigeration. Cakes should be stored in a cool and dry room or best environment to be in an air-conditioned room if the weather turns wet and humid.
Fondant Covered Cake
As fondant/sugar paste has weight; cakes used must not be too soft and has volume, which is able to hold the weight of the fondant and decoration.
Fondant Icing
I made my Fondant using only icing sugar and marshmallow.
What does it taste like?
Fondant tastes sweet. Kids will like them but some friends may peel off the Fondant before eating while some commented it taste like snow skin (bing pi).
Order
How do I place an order? What is the procedure?
Email your details to amorebakery@gmail.com with the following needed.

- Cake Design/Theme/Colour
- Number of guests inviting
- Age for birthday
- Occasion
I will revert to your email with a design and quotation to you within 3 working days. To book your order and date, a 50% deposit is necessary upon confirmation. Please take note that all customized orders are to be made at least 2 -3 weeks in advance.
How much does a customized cake cost? What about customized cupcakes?
My quotation takes into account the complexity and difficulty of the design. All our customized cakes start at a base price of $80; the price increases with cake sizes and complexity of design.
As for customized cupcakes, they start at $2.50 for 4cm per piece and $3.00 for 6cm per piece with a minimum order of 24 pieces and 12 pieces respectively.
Individual packaging
Individual packaging is available too and pricing will depend on type of packing.
Payment
ATM transfer, Internet Banking Transfer and Cheque payment is accepted.
Email your transaction details once 50% (non-refundable) (this is to discourage very last minutes cancellations as we normally purchased the ingredients in advanced as well as rejections of other orders for the same date) deposit is made and a confirmation email will be sent to you once the deposit is received. The balance of 50% is then collected upon delivery or pick-up.
